We collect your registration details, login session data, and transaction records linked to DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS. We do not collect data beyond what is needed to operate your account and meet financial-record requirements.

Log in and go to Account Settings, then Help & Legal, and select Data Export Request. Alternatively, email our compliance desk with your account ID. We deliver your export within seven business days in a machine-readable file.

Yes. Submit an account-closure and data-deletion request via the Help & Legal menu or by email. Non-financial data is deleted within 90 days of closure. Transaction records are retained for five years under Indonesian financial regulations.
